Our assessment process

In most cases assessments are carried out over the phone, however there is also the option to have face to face assessment. If you are visiting for a face to face assessment you will be given the opportunity to have a tour of the premises and meet with staff and residents.

The assessment process is vital as it allows us to build upon the information you will have already provided on this application form. This provides us with a more detailed view of your situation and needs, allowing us to provide care that is tailored to your specific needs and requirements. It also gives you the opportunity to learn about us, ask questions and make an informed decision as to whether you wish to receive help from our services.
