Have you thought about volunteering at Bosence?

03 August 2022

We are currently looking for individuals to fill several voluntary positions. If you have any free time and would like to contribute your skills, we would love to hear from you. We are advertising for roles that include driving, supporting clients with their recovery, peer mentoring and hands on outdoor work to assist our on-site ecotherapy programme.

We can offer flexibility in terms of the time you are able to commit, you’ll therefore be able to choose the hours and days most suitable for you. Our volunteer programme is very diverse, so you’ll have the freedom to focus on what interests you most.

Bosence is set in 22 acres of beautiful Cornish gardens, meadow and woodland, our ecotherapy programme is an intrinsic part of the treatment we provide and aims to encourage our residents to spend more time in nature, learn more about it and live more sustainably. Activities relating to this area of work include: Horticulture, conservation, forest bathing, wildlife monitoring, creative writing and drawing.

Our volunteers will have the opportunity to meet new people in an incredible location, acquire new skills and improve physical fitness. Bosence is a truly unique place where people have the space to explore their own self development in a supportive environment – we all have fun along the way.
